Payments and Conditions

The Garden Restaurant is an on-line store that respects the existing legislation in the field of e-commerce.

For each order, The Garden Restaurant provides an invoice sent by e-mail to the customer according to the art. 14 DPR 445/00 and DL 52/2004. Data provided by the customer in the order will be included in the invoice.
No change will be possible after the issuance of the invoice. 
The confirmation of order receipt will be sent by The Garden Restaurant by email to the customer email address.
This confirmation message will repeat all the data entered by the customer; the customer agrees to verify the correctness and communicate any corrections.
By placing the order on the site The Garden Restaurant the customer declares to have read the terms and conditions of sale, the terms of payment and the entire purchase process.
According to artt. 3 and 4 DLGS 185/89 the customer will receive by e-mail all the information necessary for identification of the seller. The customer will save this information together with the e-mail of acceptance of the contract.

Methods of Payment

Purchases made on The Garden Restaurant are safe and secured and can be performed in different ways::

  1. Payment in advance through bank transfer:

    When paying by bank transfer in advance the order will be handled only after receiving the confirmation of acceptance from the bank.
    Payment must be made within 7 days from date of order. Go past the deadline, the order will ‘automatically be canceled.
    The bank transfer purpose must necessarily bring the order number, the order date and client name.
    The products availability has to be judged only from the credited.

  2. Payment via PayPal:

    Selecting the PayPal payment, you will be redirected to a page on the PayPal site where you can enter your email address and password and make the payment.
    Your financial data will not be shared with The Garden Restaurant but will be handled directly by PayPal.
    In case of cancellation or non-acceptance by The Garden Restaurant, the amount will be ‘refunded to your PayPal account. The Garden Restaurant will not be responsible for delays and / or damage caused during repayment.

Information and conditions on the right of withdrawal

  • The purchased product must be substantially intact;
  • The right of withdrawal is reserved only to physical persons, thereby excluding purchases made by retailers or by those who in any way purchase for resale to third parties;
  • Shipping costs will be paid by the customer;
  • On arrival in stock, the product will be examined for any damage or tampering (the substantial integrity of the returned product is an essential condition for the exercise of the right of withdrawal) so we recommend extreme caution when preparing the package, for example using the original packaging;
  • To exercise the right of withdrawal you must send a notice within 10 days from the date of receipt of the products ordered and send the product within a further 15 days.

Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal

Send an e-mail to containing the declaration of intent to exercise the right of withdrawal, indicating all the required data:

  • Order number and order date;
  • Invoice number;
  • Which products must be subject to withdrawal right (identifying them with their name or with their code);
  • Bank details (IBAN).

Then you have to wait for a notification from our customer service authorizing the return of products.

After receipt such notification you must return the product within a further 15 days to:

Repayment times

The Garden Restaurant agrees to refund the customer within 14 working days from receipt of product by crediting the customer the value of the product resulting from the invoice. The above amount does not include shipping costs. This is in accordance with art. 5, comma 6, DLGS n. 185 of 22/05/1999.

Information and Reclamation
